On the morning of May 29, 2019, the naming ceremony of the 81500DWT bulk carrier built by Penglai Jinglu Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of Rongfa Group, for the Greek CHARTWORLD Shipping Company was held in Jinglu Shipbuilding. Representatives of shipowners, BV classification society and other guests attended the ceremony. The ceremony celebrated the birthday of the new ship by cutting cables, naming it "STAR ALTAIR" (Altair), throwing champagne, sounding the first siren for the new ship, and wishing the new ship a safe voyage through the wind and waves.

The named "STAR ALTAIR (Altair)" is the second ship in the series of ships of Jinglu Shipbuilding and CHARTWORLD Shipping Company. The ship was successfully piloted on May 6, 2019, and the trial time was doubled compared to the previous similar ship type, breaking the similar ship type record. Its excellent construction quality has been highly appraised and recognized by shipowners and ship inspectors, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation between the two parties.

Penglai Jinglu Shipbuilding was established in April 2006. It is a large-scale modern ship repairing and building enterprise under Rongfa Group. It is mainly engaged in ship and marine engineering equipment manufacturing business, with a total area of 1.8 million square meters and an annual production capacity of 1 million deadweight tons.
