The first phase of the project has an investment of about 0.31 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 44407.51 square meters. The construction content includes four hardcover residential buildings, one of which is a rental talent apartment. The apartment type covers an area of about 93-160 square meters, with comfortable three residences and elegant four residences. The double south bedroom, south hall and north-south transparent are designed to meet the requirements of living comfort to the greatest extent. At the same time, the decoration materials are all made of well-known brands, ecological mud, stone plastic floor and other environmental protection materials, which are expected to be delivered by the end of 2021.

The second phase of the project has an investment of about 0.44 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 51408 square meters. It is planned to build 4 15-17-storey residential buildings and 1 5-storey commercial building. Construction has started.
