The Qiaojiawa River Comprehensive Treatment Project is currently undergoing environmental impact assessment. According to the relevant requirements of the the People's Republic of China Environmental Impact Assessment Law and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the public participation is hereby publicized for the first time to make the public in the area that the project may affect understand the project situation, and understand the public's attitude and suggestions on the project through publicity, and accept the supervision of the public.

4. Construction content: This project is located in the start-up area of the Guzhenkou Military-civilian Integration Demonstration Zone in the West Coast New District of Qingdao. Combined with the planning and layout of the area, it is not limited to traditional flood control projects. Under the premise of ensuring water safety, it takes into account water environment management, water ecological restoration, Water resources development and utilization, and implement comprehensive river management. The total land area of the project is 96772.44 m2, the green area is 50837.3 m2, the length of the river course is about 1.05km, the total length of the newly-built bank revetment is about 2.069km, 3 newly-built landscape water falls, several other ancillary facilities, and the total construction area of supporting buildings is 984.98 m2.

The total investment of the project is 74.062 million yuan and the construction period is 10 months.
