General Rules for High-level Professional Cadres and Talents

In order to further expand the vision of selection and stimulate the vitality of the cadre team, according to the reform and development needs of Qingdao's national development zone, high-level professional cadres and talents of national development zones are now openly selected nationwide.

1. selected positions

Total for this selectionThere are 16 positions, including 4 deputy directors of the National Development Zone Management Committee, 2 middle-level directors and 10 middle-level deputy directors.

2. eligibility conditions

The selected personnel must support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by the the People's Republic of China Constitution and laws, be familiar with the reform and innovation and development of the development zone, have the post experience and professional quality matching the position, and have strong organizational leadership ability, pioneering and innovative ability, and ability to deal with complex problems. 3. Selection Procedure

(I) Online Registration

Registration Method: Please follow 《In 2020, Qingdao City will apply online for the registration methods listed in the National Selection and Recruitment of High-level Professional Cadres in National Development Zones. Each person is limited to one position. Please fill in the Registration Form, together with the certification materials related to the registration, including ID card, academic qualification certificate, employment certificate, professional title certificate, honor, work results and other certification materials, color scanning or electronic documents, and pack and compress them together and send them to the registration mailbox corresponding to the position. The mail title is named "Position Code Name. Please confirm by phone after the mail is sent.

Registration time: from the date of announcementThe deadline is November 29, 2020, subject to email registration time.

(II) qualification examination

After the registration deadline, organize the qualification examination, according to a certain difference proportion to determine the scope of the review personnel. Those who have not entered the scope of review will not be notified. Candidates must be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the registration information. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

(III) expert review

Invite relevant experts to form an evaluation committee to evaluate the quality, ability and job matching of candidates. Candidates are requested to bring the original application materials for review at the review site.

(IV) physical examination and inspection

After expert review, the shortlisted candidates for physical examination and inspection.

(V) study to determine candidates

After passing the physical examination, inspection, etc., perform the appointment procedures and sign the appointment contract in accordance with the regulations. In the process of physical examination and inspection, if there is any unqualified situation or individual voluntarily gives up, the candidates for physical examination and inspection shall be filled in turn according to the situation.
